About the Event
New for 2026! Join our weekly Sunday Social Run. We'll have a different location and route each week with social time afterwards. Come for the run and stay for the company.
For Sunday, 3/22, we'll meet in the parking lot of J&S Coffee and tag along with the 8@7 run group. This run has standard 8-mile and 5-mile routes, but if you are looking for a shorter distance, we can work that in. All paces and distances welcome!
Reminder: To join any Lawrence Triathlon Club group workout you must:
Be a registered member of the club
Have signed the club waiver
